Jungle Bird

Looking for the perfect Jungle Bird recipe? Look no further.

This is one of those rare cocktails where I will tell you it doesn’t matter that much how precise you are with measuring. Yeah you want to get the general proportions right, but a little extra pineapple juice or a little less Campari isn’t going to hurt anything here.

I do feel that the below is the more balanced spec in comparison to a lot of other recipes out there– but again, the Jungle Bird just always seems to turn out good regardless.

Unless you purposefully try to mess it up… you monster.

Jungle Bird Cocktail

ingredients:

1½ oz Jamaican rum

¾ oz Campari

½ oz fresh lime juice

¾ oz pineapple juice

¼ oz Demerara syrup (2:1)


Combine ingredients and shake with ice.

Strain over fresh ice and garnish with pineapple fronds and Luxardo cherries
