Award: Best Drinks Instagram 2019 🥇

Just wanted to say thank you.

I was thrilled to be nominated for Best Drinks Instagram in September / October for Saveur Magazine’s 2019 Blog Awards. Several really talented friends were named as well, so I was truly just thankful to have my name up there next to theirs. After a few weeks of voting, the online polls closed & I basically forgot about the thing. Then the other night my friend & fellow-nominee, Jason of Barrel Aged-Dad, sent me a text in the evening saying I won! 🎉

I’m really just genuinely thankful to everyone for voting for me & to the editors at Saveur. Awards are funny things, but I’ve been doing this cocktail-photo-thing for a few years now & it feels fugging amazing to be recognized for doing it really well, especially by a well-known publication.

Anyhoo, thanks for following my posts, making my cocktail recipes & caring about all this nerdy cocktail stuff I’m into. You all keep me going!
