Add a sprig of rosemary, a pinch of pink peppercorns and honey syrup to the shaker. Gently crush with a muddler then add the rest of the ingredients. Shake with ice then loose-strain into glass with cracked ice (allow bits of rosemary & peppercorn to fall into the drink). Garnish by dropping a lemon wheel into the drink, adding a fresh spring of rosemary and a dehydrated plum slice.
