A simple negroni variation. I swapped out bitter Campari for House Spirits Distilling's Plomme Aquavit. Turned out pretty nice!
1 part gin // 1 part Plomme Aqavit // 1 part sweet vermouth
Garnish: lemon zest
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice until chilled. Strain into rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with lemon zest.
