For lovers of bitter cocktails, this fun twist on the classic Mai Tai is good. Real good.
1 oz Jamaican rum
1 oz Campari
1/2 oz orange curacao
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz orgeat
Garnish: fresh mint
Add all ingredients to shaker then shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint and heck, throw in a lime wedge too!
