Jungle Bird

Jungle Bird cocktail


1 1/2 oz Jamaican or blackstrap rum

3/4 oz Campari

1/2 oz lime juice

1 1/2 pineapple

1/2 Demerara syrup

2 dashes aromatic bitters

Garnish: pineapple fronds


Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a tiki cup and add crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
