Chocolate Oaxacan Manhattan

Ever put chocolate and tequila together?

Chocolate infused tequila



1 1/2 oz chocolate-infused reposado tequila

1/2 oz mezcal

1/2 oz Ancho Reyes chili liqueur

2 dashes aromatic bitters

A few drops of agave nectar

Garnish: Orange peel


This cocktail just needs a few small drops of agave nectar to add the necessary sweetness for balance. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and serve without ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
