Bitter Giuseppe

amaro cocktail


2 oz Cynar

3/4 oz sweet vermouth

1/4 oz lemon juice

6 dashes orange bitters

2 pinches of sea salt

Garnish: lemon zest


Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into rocks glass over one large ice cube. Express FIVE lemon peels over the top of drink then drop one in for garnish
