Birds of a Feather



1 1/2 oz blended scotch

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz yellow chartreuse

1/8 oz Galliano

1/2 oz honey syrup

4 dashes lavender bitters

Garnish: fresh mint


Combine ingredients along with several large mint leaves and shake with ice. Strain into glass over crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
