Spicy Mule
If you've looked around at a few of my cocktail recipes, you've probably figured out that I kinda dig spicy cocktails. However, I don't like spiciness that burns your face off. It has to have a good balance between that "kick" and still being refreshing. I think this cocktails sits in that balance perfectly!
ingredients:
1 oz Ancho Reyes liqueur
1 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Ginger beer
Garnish: lime wedge
instructions:
Build the drink in a collins glass over ice. Add all ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge and add a cool straw if you're fancy AF.
